Job Description
We have an opening for ICIMS enterprise recruiting platform ,Technical Support executive Atlanta, USA /EST remote in EST time zone(remote) or Atlanta, GA preferred location. Its a long-term position.. Request you to kindly share profiles which would have technical skills listed below.
- Creation of a new login group to address a new talent acquisition COE management team.
- This will require the creation of the new login group (iCIMS support is needed for this) as well as testing and assignment from customer side.
- The new login group will also drive the need for a new dashboard configuration to allow the new COE team login group an overarching analytics view to monitor and drive business decisions.
- Creation of new sources to track where candidates are applying through v/s which candidates are getting hired that helps derive which job board or source channel is worth investing in
- Creating/Updating email templates
- Creating/ Update offer templates
- Updating iForms
- Setting up interview scheduling functionality
